Pearl Pendants

The pendant is the quietest way to wear a pearl — one stone, one chain, nothing competing with it. Our pearl pendants run from a lone Akoya on a fine gold chain to Tahitian and South Sea pearls framed by round-brilliant diamond. Each pearl is chosen for luster and overtone and set in fourteen-karat gold on a chain matched to the metal; every piece is inspected and approved in New York before it carries our name.

Choosing a pearl pendant

Akoya pearls bring the classic mirror-bright white. Freshwater pearls carry the same warmth at a gentler price. Tahitian pearls read dark, with green and aubergine overtones that shift in the light. South Sea pearls are the largest, with a soft satin glow.

Caring for a pearl pendant

Apply fragrance and lotion before the piece, not after. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear and store flat. We look over every pendant at its complimentary annual inspection and cleaning.
