Complimentary, on every order.
We ship every Isaac Westman order in the United States at no charge. There is no minimum. International orders are shipped at cost, calculated at checkout.
Timing.
In-stock pieces ship within one to two business days. Engraved or sized-to-order pieces take an additional five to seven business days. From there, delivery within the United States takes two to four business days; international delivery takes five to ten business days depending on the service chosen at checkout, customs permitting.
How it travels.
Pieces ship in our presentation box, inside a discreet outer package — no Isaac Westman branding visible from the outside. Every shipment is fully insured to the door. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the piece ships.
International orders.
Depending on the destination, duties and import taxes are either collected at checkout or due on delivery; where they are due on delivery, they are the responsibility of the recipient. If a piece is refused at customs, we will refund the order minus return shipping. Write to us if you would like us to estimate duties before you order.
Delivery address.
We recommend a residential address with someone home, or a business address. We are not responsible for pieces lost after delivery is confirmed.
