An oval pink tourmaline at the center, selected for the rose-to-raspberry saturation that defines the October birthstone. Twenty-two round-brilliant diamonds, point-one-nine carats in all, form a scalloped halo around the stone and six bezel-set stations along the chain, in fourteen-karat white gold.
