A ten-millimeter Tahitian cultured pearl at the center, with the green-peacock overtones characteristic of the black-lipped oyster. The shoulders are pavé-set with round-brilliant diamond — one-and-a-half carats in total — in fourteen-karat white gold, finished to a flush surface.
